Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Sanatan Feed. By accessing or using the application, you agree to be bound by these terms. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.
Sanatan Feed provides Vedic timing calculations and spiritual content. By using our application, you signify your agreement to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Sanatan Feed is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your local law, whichever is higher). By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement, or that you are using the app under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Users may interact with features such as the Dharmic Quiz, Dharmic Quest, Shloka Shuffle, Chakra Vyuha, and Japa Mala tools. By using these features, you agree not to:
Traditional Vedic calculation methods themselves — such as Panchang, Tithi, or Muhurta astronomical formulas — are part of shared traditional knowledge and are not restricted by this clause; this section protects our specific software implementation, not the underlying calculation methods.
What we own: The Sanatan Feed application's source code, software architecture, user interface design, visual assets, original written content, curated Dharmic Quest narratives, and the specific implementation of our calculation engines are the intellectual property of Sanatan Feed. They may not be reproduced, copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission.
What we do not own: Sanatan Dharma teachings, traditional Panchang and Vedic astronomical systems, shlokas, mantras, and other traditional or religious knowledge referenced or presented within the app belong to the shared cultural and spiritual heritage from which they originate. We do not claim ownership over this traditional knowledge itself — only over our original presentation, curation, and software implementation of it.
Third-Party Media & Content Disclaimer: Sanatan Feed is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Twitter/X, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), YouTube, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. When downloading, saving, or sharing public content or videos from third-party platforms (such as X/Twitter), users must obtain all necessary permissions from the respective content owners before downloading, reposting, or redistributing such media. Sanatan Feed assumes no liability for copyright infringement or unauthorized reuse of third-party media by users.
Copyright & DMCA Claims: If you believe that any content hosted on Sanatan Feed infringes upon your copyright, or if content is displayed without proper credit, please submit a formal notification to our designated agent at contact@sanatanfeed.com. Upon receipt of a valid and complete notice, we will promptly investigate and take appropriate action, including removal or correction of the contested material.
As detailed in our Disclaimer, Sanatan Feed provides informational calculations based on traditional Vedic systems. Outcomes of actions taken based on Muhurtas or other guidance in the app are the sole responsibility of the user.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sanatan Feed and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

By you: You may stop using the app at any time. If you have created an account, you may request deletion of your account and associated data as described in our Privacy Policy or via the Account Deletion option available in the application settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be flagged via an in-app notice. Your continued use of the application after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
